<b>Nasi Ayam</b> – Malaysian Chicken Rice - World Cook Book Posted: 16 Apr 2013 11:38 AM PDT It's a bit of a surprise to find an initiative from the Malaysian Prime Minister guest starring in MasSoc's World Food Festival proposal. But 1Malaysia's emphasis on thinking beyond boundaries and all-for-one harmony is something their cuisine has been delivering for decades… It's in their magisterial showing at Food Fest's gala opening too. Massoc's presentation mixes authenticity and smarts with a beautifully presented Sirap Bandung (a kind of rose milkshake – look out for the recipe in a future World Cookbook post). But their signature dish Nasi Ayam is a chicken and rice dish from Singapore that forgoes World Food Fest's paper plates for an informal foil tub that brings it back to the kind of takeaway you'd find at the end of your street. Nasi Ayam – Chicken Rice Ingredients - For the boiled chicken – For the marinade - For the rice - For the chicken sauce – For the soup - Method - 1. First prepare the chicken. Cut the half chicken into to smaller pieces and rub with the crushed garlic and ginger. Place in a large pan of water and bring to the boil. Put on a strong simmer and boil until the pieces are soft – about half an hour. 2. Keep the water aside when you drain the chicken. Mix the chicken with the marinate ingredients – the soy and oyster sauce, the ginger and garlic. Cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours if possible, 15-20 mins at least before frying everything in a little oil on a medium heat until brown. This will probably take a good 25 minutes or so. 3. On to the rice. Rinse in cold water and drain, then heat a little butter in a deep pan on the hob on a medium heat. Add the ginger and garlic and let them heat without browning for a minute or two. Add the rice, stir well, and add enough of the broth from the boiled chicken to cover the rice plus a little more. Add salt and cook according to rice instructions. 4. Time for the sauce. Blend the chilli, garlic, ginger, vinegar and seasoning for this. 5. Bring everything together. Place the cooked marinaded chicken on the rice and pour over the sauce. |

Tapi semalam aku tukar style lain.. Kalau korang nak try, boleh try yang ni.. dah lah simple, sedap pulak.. hahahahahah mampos puji diri lagi.. Tapi harap ampun la.. rumah aku takde ayam besar.. semua aku beli suruh siang kecik.. hahaha.. kalau korang plan nak buat nasi ayam.. beli ayam sekor potong 4 ok? baru umphhh!! Dah mari salin resepi.. Masak nasi ayam untuk berbuka memang sesuai.. tak payah nak 3-4 macam lauk ;) NASI AYAM lemak dan kulit ayam (jangan buang.. basuh bersih dan guna untuk masak nasi) (bahan tumbuk) * on kan rice cooker anda.. bila dah panas, masukkan majerin.. tumis bahan tumbuk hingga perang.. masukkan lemak dan kulit ayam.. tumis sekali ya.. kemudian masukkan beras tadi dan kacau rata-rata hingga wangi.. membunuh ok bau dia time ni.. hahah.. kemudian masukkan sup dari rebusan ayam.. jangan banyak sangat air takut nasi menjadi lembik.. kurang tak pe.. Ok!! siap nasi ayam!!!! kalau sup tak cukup, pepandailah korang tambah air biasa ke apa.. hehehe SUP (bahan tumbuk) i) 1 kiub ayam *tak perlu tumis.. didihkan air.. lebur je ayam ngan bahan tumbuk tu.. campak kiub ayam.. masukkan garam.. bila ayam dah masak, tutup api.. keluarkan ayam dan toskan ayam.. sup tu bahagikan ye..separuh untuk masak nasi.. dan selebihnya untuk dimakan bersama nasi ayam.. campakkan daun sup, daun bawang dan bawang goreng sebagai hiasan ;) AYAM KUAH LADA KUAH KICAP Senangkan? InsyaAllah walaupon simple je.. tapi rasa dia mengagumkan.. ok, disebabkan tu juadah untuk berbuka puasakan... rasa tak berapa best kalau menu itu je satu.. so aku buat cekodok bilis.. rangup-rangup makan dengan cili sos.. Acih sorang je hadap berapa ketul.. puas hati tengok semua orang suka ;) aku tak makan pon tak pe.. waaaahhh ibu mithali sangat ni.. hahahaha...

<b>Nasi Ayam</b> 2 Kali - Blog Maya Dot Com Posted: 23 Jul 2014 06:00 PM PDT Saya suka makan nasi ayam, tapi tu la. Tak penah ada inisiatif nak cuba masak. Balik office terus pegi NSK beli apa yang patut.
Lepas tu dah malas nak snap gambar. Cuma nasi tu macam terkeras sikit.
Hari cuti Nuzul Quran tu saya keluar shopping raya.
